Lionel accessories from the modern era, between 1970 and the present, consist of both re-issues of pre-war and post-war era accessories, and entirely new items. Most are constructed of injection molded plastic and sized for O-gauge trains. More recently, Lionel has been reissuing their marquee accessories of the postwar era, as well as adding new and exciting action and scale components. The RR-Track Lionel Modern era accessory library contains more than 280 colorful Lionel accessory items.
