Before you call us with a technical support problem please (1) Check your manual (PDF file on your installation CD). (2) Check RR-Track’s help file ( Help | Contents). The help file is extensive and includes much more information and discussion than is in the manual. (3) Check this website for updates that may address your issue or the Frequently Asked Questions page. (4) Send us e-mail describing your problem (in detail if possible). Be sure to include what OS and version your are using. Remember, if we cannot duplicate it here, we won’t be able to diagnose and fix it.
